A U.S. Navy veteran, Tim spent a decade building and managing network and information security systems before bringing that discipline to the private sector. His earlier roles included Information Security Manager at Blue Shield of California and leadership positions at SysNet Technologies and Obsidian Global.

Tim managed communications with Naval Special Warfare operations, where uptime and security were non-negotiable to mission success. In the private sector, he encountered enterprise bureaucracy and red tape that slowed response times and prevented threats from being addressed in time. He started WatchUr6 to bridge that gap — building an environment where skilled operators thrive and secure clients with the velocity and accuracy he was used to operating with Navy SEAL teams on the nation's most critical missions.

A cyber leader with 25+ years in technology, WatchUr6's CISO was nominated for the 2025 Cybersecurity Woman of the World award — the highest global accolade for women in cybersecurity, with nominees drawn from 160 women-in-cyber associations worldwide. She holds multiple board seats as a cybersecurity advisor.

Her career has been forged inside high-stakes regulated environments — most notably as a security leader at a Fortune 500 health insurer, where she drove security strategy across one of the nation's largest healthcare organizations, navigating HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOX obligations across millions of protected member records. Colleagues recognize her uncompromising work ethic and a habit of fixing not just symptoms but the broken systems that produce them.

Vishnu brings more than 20 years of software engineering, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture to WatchUr6. He is also the CEO of Microsan Consultancy Services, where he leads strategic initiatives and implements cutting-edge technologies across diverse industries. Earlier in his career, Vishnu built systems for Capgemini Ernst & Young in Portugal, then served as IT Specialist at BMW Group Middle East, Senior Consultant at Northern Trust, and Lead Applications Engineer at California ISO — the operator of California's electrical grid.

As CTO, Vishnu shapes the technical direction of every WatchUr6 engagement — translating complex client environments into security architectures that work in the real world.

A U.S. Army Special Forces Green Beret (18E — Special Forces Communications Sergeant) veteran who served from 2008 to 2016 in support of mission-critical communications and tactical operations. After transitioning out, Erik co-founded ProAdvisor CPA, a financial services firm serving small and mid-sized businesses, where he saw firsthand how regulatory and cyber risk threaten the firms least equipped to absorb it.

At WatchUr6, Erik runs operations — the connective tissue between client engagements, internal teams, and the company's growth roadmap. His military and finance backgrounds combine into a single discipline: making sure the mission gets executed and the books balance.
