What does audit liaison and representation actually mean?
It means we are in the audit room with you. We coordinate directly with your auditor or C3PAO, receive and manage their evidence requests, present the evidence in the form they expect, and defend the design of the controls we built.
When the assessor questions a control, the people who designed and implemented it answer — not your overloaded internal team guessing at intent. It is step three of the three-step playbook: Assessment, Remediation, Liaison.
Why is representation the keystone step?
Because it is the step that decides the outcome and the step most firms refuse to do. Compliance automation platforms cannot sit in a room. Generalist consultants hand over a binder and disappear before fieldwork.

Yes. We coordinate with your auditor, assessor, or C3PAO directly throughout fieldwork — scheduling, fielding evidence requests, clarifying control design, and resolving questions as they arise.
We are not a substitute for the independent assessor and never claim to be; we represent your program to them, which keeps your internal team focused on running the business instead of scrambling through an audit.
What happens if the auditor flags a gap during fieldwork?
We handle it inside the engagement. If a finding surfaces during fieldwork, we remediate it, get it re-tested, and bring the assessment back to a clean opinion before sign-off.
Because the same team designed the controls and is sitting in the room, the turnaround is fast — the gap is closed by the people who know exactly how the control was built, not routed to a ticket queue.
Can you represent an audit if WatchUr6 did not do the remediation?
In most cases yes, but we start by validating the program first. Representation means defending the control design under questioning, so we need to know the controls hold up before we stand behind them.
If you bring a program built elsewhere, we assess it, close any gaps that would not survive fieldwork, and then represent it. We will not put our name in the room on a program we have not verified.
