Is this a sales pitch?
No. The strategy call is a working session — we ask focused questions about your environment, regulatory obligations, and recent incidents (if any), and we deliver a tactical read in return. If WatchUr6 is the right fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too, and where applicable, point you to who is.
How fast will we hear back after we submit?
Booking happens in real time. After you submit the intake form, you'll land on our calendar and pick a time within the next 5 business days. A confirmation email is sent automatically, and an advisor reviews your context before the call. If you're handling an active incident and need immediate response, mark that in the message field — we'll fast-track to the soonest available slot.
Will you sign an NDA before the call?
Yes — and we often recommend it. WatchUr6 has standard mutual NDAs available, and we're also happy to execute yours. For sensitive environments (active incidents, board-level findings, regulated PHI/PII), having an NDA in place before the call lets us discuss specifics rather than generalities. Mention NDA in your intake message and we'll send one in the confirmation email.
Can we get an MSA in place before any engagement?
Yes. Enterprise procurement typically requires a Master Services Agreement before SOW execution. WatchUr6 supports both our standard MSA and counterparty MSAs (with reasonable negotiation). Government clients can engage via CMAS #3-25-06-1018 without an RFP — saving 60-120 days of procurement cycle.
What if I'm in an active breach right now?
Note that in the message field on the intake form. Active incidents are routed to our incident response lead immediately, not through the normal strategy-call queue. What does an engagement typically cost?
Engagements are scoped to risk, regulatory obligation, and organizational size. Most enterprise audit readiness and cybersecurity programs start in the mid five figures and scale with complexity. The strategy call itself is free; if scoping is appropriate, a written estimate follows within five business days.
Can WatchUr6 work alongside our existing IT team or MSP?
Yes — and it's our preferred model. We are not a break-fix IT helpdesk. We embed as a security-and-compliance function alongside your internal IT, MSP, or in-house engineering team — extending their capacity with veteran-led cyber expertise rather than replacing them.
Can the call be virtual / on-site / both?
The first call is always virtual (Zoom, Teams, or your platform of choice). On-site engagements — kickoff, audit-week support, tabletop exercises, on-premises assessments — are scheduled after scoping if travel is needed.
