The delivery of our Audit Readiness, Cybersecurity, and Disaster Resiliency services is governed by a separate, legally binding Master Service Agreement (MSA) and associated Statements of Work (SOW) executed between WatchUr6, Inc. and its clients. The establishment of a client relationship can only occur through the execution of such a formal written agreement.

The content on our Site, including but not limited to blog posts, articles, white papers, and descriptions of our services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, professional cybersecurity, compliance, legal, or financial advice.

Reliance on any information provided on the Site is solely at your own risk. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any decisions based on the information presented on this Site. Nothing on this Site is a substitute for professional advice regarding compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, or CMMC, or for guidance on incident response and cybersecurity strategy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, in each case located in the County of Sacramento.
